Refund Policy
This policy clarifies the company's position regarding the refund of amounts paid for services. Please read it carefully before contracting.
Important Notice: All services provided by ARD AL-SIYANA are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable after contracting and/or payment of the financial consideration. Please make sure to verify the details of the service and package before completing the contract or making payment.
1. Nature of the Services
ARD AL-SIYANA provides professional services in the field of maintenance, operations, and facility management. These services are carried out based on an agreed scope of work and require the allocation of human, technical, and operational resources immediately upon contracting. Given the nature of these services, they are deemed completed or in progress as soon as work on them begins.
2. Non-Refundability
All amounts paid for services, packages, or annual maintenance contracts are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable after contracting or payment, whether in whole or in part, including in the following cases by way of example and not limitation:
- After signing the contract or approving the quotation and paying the financial consideration.
- After commencing the execution of the service or allocating resources to it.
- Where the client wishes to cancel the service for reasons attributable to the client.
- Where the client does not use the service during the contract term for reasons not attributable to the company.
3. Legal Basis
This policy is based on the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the provisions of the E-Commerce Law and its Implementing Regulations, which permit the exclusion of services whose execution has commenced or completed services from the right of withdrawal and refund. By contracting with us, you acknowledge your awareness of and agreement to this policy.
4. The Company's Commitment to Quality
Notwithstanding the non-refundability of amounts, the company is committed to providing its services in accordance with the agreed professional standards and at the highest levels of quality. In the event of any observation regarding the quality of execution, the company undertakes to address it and rectify the works within the scope of the contract at no additional cost.
5. Exceptional Cases
In the event that the company is unable to commence the execution of the service for reasons entirely attributable to it, and before any resources have been allocated, the two parties may agree on an appropriate resolution by mutual consent, at the company's discretion and in compliance with the applicable laws.
6. Modification of Services
The client may discuss with the company the modification of the scope of the remaining services within the contract. This is subject to agreement between the two parties and does not entail any financial refund for services that have been completed or are in progress.
7. Acceptance of the Policy
Your completion of the contract or your payment of the financial consideration constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to this policy, including the non-refundability of amounts paid.
