The Company provides general, electrical and mechanical maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, finishing and renovation services, in addition to operation, facility management and annual maintenance contracts. The scope of each service is defined in the quote or the contract concluded between the parties.

3. Quotes and Contracting

• Quotes are estimates and subject to adjustment based on the actual inspection and the precise scope of work.
• The contract becomes binding on both parties once it is signed and approved in accordance with the agreed terms.
• The prices presented are in Saudi Riyals and may be subject to Value Added Tax in accordance with the applicable regulations.

4. Client Obligations

• Providing the correct and complete information necessary to carry out the services.
• Enabling the work team to access the site and facilities at the agreed times.
• Paying financial dues on the dates specified in the contract.
• Complying with the technical instructions and safety guidelines.

5. Company Obligations

• Carrying out the services in accordance with the agreed professional standards and to a high quality.
• Adhering to the specified deadlines as much as possible, taking into account circumstances beyond control.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of the Client's information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. Payments

Payments are made according to the schedule agreed in the contract. The Company has the right to suspend the services in the event of late payment, without prejudice to its statutory rights. All payments made are non-refundable in accordance with the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All contents of this website, including the logo, texts, designs and images, are owned by ARD AL-SIYANA and protected under intellectual property regulations. They may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Company makes its utmost effort to deliver its services to the highest quality; however, it shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control or from the Client's misuse of the assets after the service has been carried out.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations as a result of force majeure circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, governmental orders or other exceptional circumstances.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

11. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, and the amendment takes effect immediately upon its publication on this page. Your continued use of the website or our services after the amendment is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
